AI Call Center ("we", "our", or "the app"), developed by PlusSphere, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (com.aicallcenter).

• Contacts: Names and phone numbers you manually add or import into the app for the purpose of making outbound calls.
• Call Recordings: Audio recordings of calls made through the app, stored locally on your device as WAV files.
• Call Transcripts: Text transcriptions of calls generated in real time during active calls.
• Campaign & Product Data: Campaign names, product details, greetings, and instructions you create within the app.
• API Keys: Your API credentials for third-party AI voice services, stored locally on your device.
• Usage Data: Call statistics, success rates, and call logs generated by your use of the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to provide the app's core functionality:

• To initiate and conduct AI-powered voice calls to your specified contacts
• To display real-time call transcripts and audio waveforms
• To record and store call audio for your later review and playback
• To manage campaigns, products, and contact statuses
• To display call analytics and performance metrics on your dashboard

3. Data Storage

All data, including contacts, call recordings, transcripts, campaign data, and API keys, is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your personal data.

4. Third-Party Services

The app connects to third-party AI voice services (via WebSocket) to enable real-time voice streaming during calls. When a call is active:

• Audio data is streamed to the AI voice service provider for real-time processing
• The AI service processes speech and generates voice responses
• We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of your chosen AI service provider

The app uses your own API key to authenticate with these services. We do not have access to your API keys or the data processed by these services.

5. Permissions

The app requires the following device permissions:

• Microphone: To capture audio during calls
• Phone: To initiate outbound phone calls
• Contacts: To import contacts (only when you choose to import)
• Storage: To save call recordings as WAV files
• Internet: To connect to AI voice services via WebSocket

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Data is only transmitted to AI voice service providers during active calls as necessary to deliver the app's core voice functionality.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• You can delete call recordings, contacts, campaigns, and other data at any time through the app
• Uninstalling the app removes all associated data from your device
• You have full control over your data at all times

8. Children's Privacy

This app is designed for business use and is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. API keys are stored securely on your device. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Compliance

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the app complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws regarding telephone calls, call recording, and consent requirements in their jurisdiction.
