Privacy Policy – Claw AI Agent

Overview

Claw AI Agent ("the App") is an on-device AI agent that runs large language models (LLMs) locally on your Android device. The App is designed with privacy as a core principle — your data stays on your device.

Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

The App operates entirely on your device:

Chat messages — All conversations are processed locally by the on-device AI model. Messages are stored only on your device and are never sent to external servers.
AI models — Model files are downloaded from HuggingFace (a public model repository) directly to your device storage. We do not proxy or log these downloads.
Terminal commands — The built-in terminal runs commands locally on your device. Command history is stored only on your device.
Agent memory — Any facts or preferences saved by the AI agent are stored locally in app storage on your device.
Skills and tools — Agent skills and tool configurations are stored locally on your device.

Network Access

The App requires internet access for the following purposes only:

Downloading AI models — Connecting to HuggingFace (huggingface.co) to search and download GGUF model files.
Telegram Gateway (optional) — If you configure the optional Telegram bot integration, the App connects to Telegram's API to send and receive messages.

No analytics, tracking, or telemetry data is collected or transmitted.

Data Storage

All app data is stored locally on your device in the app's private storage directory. This includes:

Downloaded AI model files
Chat conversation history
Terminal command history
Agent memory and skills
App settings and preferences

Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.

Third-Party Services

The App may interact with the following third-party services at your discretion:

HuggingFace — For browsing and downloading AI models. Subject to HuggingFace's Privacy Policy.
Telegram — If you configure the optional Telegram gateway. Subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
