        Your privacy matters. Evia Diary is designed with privacy first. Your diary entries stay on your device. We do not collect, store, or sell your personal data.
    

1. Overview

Evia Diary ("the App") is an AI-powered journal companion developed by Everstart Creation. This policy explains how the App handles your data.

2. Data Storage

All diary entries are stored locally on your device only. We do not have servers that store your journal content. Your thoughts remain private and under your control.

3. AI Companion Feature

When you use the AI companion feature, your diary entry text is sent to an AI language model API to generate a supportive, comforting response. This interaction is:

Ephemeral — text is processed in real-time and not stored on any server
Not used for training — your entries are never used to train AI models
Encrypted in transit — all communications use HTTPS encryption

4. API Key & Token Settings

The App allows you to configure your own AI API provider (such as Evia Router) in settings. Your API key is stored locally on your device and is never shared with us or any third party.

5. Data We Do NOT Collect

❌ Personal information (name, email, phone)
❌ Location data
❌ Device identifiers or advertising IDs
❌ Usage analytics or tracking
❌ Photos, contacts, or calendar data
❌ Your diary entries (they stay on your phone)

6. No Account Required

Evia Diary does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information to use the App.

7. Third-Party Services

The only external service used is the AI API provider you configure in settings. No other third-party SDKs, analytics, or advertising services are included in the App.

8. Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all your data at any time by:

Deleting individual diary entries within the App
Clearing the App's data in your device settings
Uninstalling the App

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
