n8n Agent ("we", "our", or "the app") is an AI assistant application that connects to your personal n8n workflow automation platform via webhooks. This privacy policy explains how the app handles your data and permissions.
n8n Agent is designed with privacy in mind. The app operates as a client that sends data directly to your own n8n webhook endpoint that you configure. We do not operate any backend servers that collect, store, or process your data.

n8n Agent requires the following Android permissions to function:
Purpose: Allows you to take photos and videos to send to your n8n workflow.
Usage: Only activated when you explicitly tap the camera button. Photos and videos are sent directly to your configured n8n webhook endpoint.
Purpose: Enables voice recording functionality.
Usage: Only activated when you press and hold the microphone button. Audio recordings are sent directly to your configured n8n webhook endpoint.
Purpose: Provides GPS coordinates to your n8n workflow for location-aware automation.
Usage: Location data is included with messages when location services are enabled. Background location updates occur every 6 hours to keep your n8n workflow informed of your location.
Purpose: Allows you to select existing photos and videos from your device to send to your n8n workflow, and to save images received from your workflow.
Usage: Only activated when you choose to select media from your gallery or save images.
n8n Agent does not share your data with any third parties. All data you generate through the app is sent exclusively to the n8n webhook URL that you configure. You have complete control over where your data goes.
Important: The privacy and security of your data depends on your n8n instance and webhook configuration. We recommend:
The app stores data locally on your device using Android's secure storage mechanisms. Conversation history and settings are protected by your device's security features (screen lock, encryption, etc.).
Data transmitted to your n8n webhook is sent over the network protocol specified in your webhook URL. We strongly recommend using HTTPS URLs to ensure data is encrypted in transit.

Data sent to your n8n webhook is subject to your own data retention policies. n8n Agent does not retain copies of data sent to your webhook.
n8n Agent is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
